Many organizations invest in performance management and business intelligence solutions without understanding what’s really needed to succeed broadly and to positively impact the organization.
The key is in establishing a “performance-directed culture” – one that embraces transparency, accountability, constructive conflict resolution and coordinated action on insight as cultural tenets.
